1. Where can I get my exhibitor badge? |
Each exhibitor must obtain their badge from the exhibitors’ registration desk before going to their booth. Please keep in mind that there is a charge for replacement of badges. The only person able to petition for more names to request exhibitor badges is the person whose details appear on the corresponding form. |

2. Should I apply for badges for my temporary workers? |
No. Any person not working in your booth during exhibition hours, but who is installing or dismantling your booth is considered as a temporary worker. As a general safety precaution, please make sure your employees use set-up and dismantling tags to come in and out of the event. To get hold of these tags for the workers, simply present a list of names of employees at the entrance of Centro Banamex. You will be provided with color-coded labels valid for that day only. This process should be repeated every day. |

3. What if my truck turns up either early or late? |
Trucks that are reported to arrive early or late, or not on your designated date will be sent to the waiting area until all the trucks scheduled for that day have been able to unload. Every effort will be made to unload all post deadline shipments in the correct order. |

| 4. Does my booth include an electrical installation? |
If you contract the "BASIC" or "Premium" spaces, they will include a double contact 1watts 120 v 60 per 9 square meters. |

5. Can I use my own equipment installers to put up my display? |
No, only GLOBAL EVENTS contractors may carry out work inside the building.

6. Can I have a rental booth designed to fit my needs? |

7. What happens if I want to rent a modular display unit (Display Express), but my space is not 3 X 3, 3 X 6 ó 6 X 6? |

8. If I rent a display unit from the official contractor GROUP SCH, do I need to order their installation and removal service? |
No. Each package includes decoration installation service before you arrive and dismantling after you leave. |

9. What happens to my rented display advertisements once the exhibition ends? |
The graphics and advertisements will be removed from the screens and be discarded. |

10. Will the carpet I rented be installed before the equipment arrives? |
All orders placed before the deadline will have their carpets fitted on time. |

11. What happens if I make an order after the deadline? |
All orders and services requested after the deadline or on site will carry an additional charge of between 20 and 50% (depending on the service provider). |

12. How can I attract visitors to my booth? |
You've reserved your booth space, sent your materials, and now all you have to do is show up at the exhibition, right? Absolutely not! PLASTIMAGEN Mexico is carrying out an intensive advertising campaign to attract qualified buyers from the industry to the exhibition, but it is your job to get them to your booth. This can only be achieved through an effective prior advertising program aimed at your target market. A good campaign would normally include an integrated approach including direct mail, advertising, telemarketing and public relations. Remember, your exhibit-marketing program should begin long before the first visitor arrives at the exhibition, as approximately 70% of visitors already know which booth they want o visit before arriving at the event. 13. Is it possible to hang a company’s advertisement from the ceiling? |
No hanging advertisements will be allowed. |

14. Can I hand my advertisements in my booth? |
Exhibitors may hang their corporate logos, classified ads and graphics as long as they are designed to be placed with tape. You may not use hooks or place permanent ads. |

15. Can I hand out souvenirs? |
The exhibitor is allowed to distribute only products that demonstrate technical functions of their machinery or materials. However, exhibitors may distribute promotional items such as sales literature, buttons, stickers, lapel pins, pens, etc., but only within their booths. |

16. Will there be buses to transport people to the exhibition? |
Buses will be available from participating hotels and the Centro Banamex, throughout the duration of the exhibition. Please ask at the lobby of your hotel for exact times. |

17. What happens if I need to get inside the venue before opening hours? |
Exhibitors are allowed to enter the premises at 10:00 am; three hours before the opening of the exhibition. If the exhibitor needs to work on their booth before this time please contact the organizing committee in advance. |

18. Does the organizing committee have insurance? |
While E.K. Krause makes a reasonable effort to prevent losses by employing a general security service inside the event 24 hrs a day, exhibitors are advised to be bring an insurance against theft, public liability, and property damage covering you from the moment your teams leave the warehouses until you return. Remember PLASTIMAGEN Mexico provides certain security measures such as perimeter security, but only you and your employees are responsible for your valuables. |
