What happens if I place an order after the Deadline Date?
|

All services requested after the deadline date or on-site
will have a 20% to 50% additional charge (depending on the
service provider). |

How can I attract attendees to my booth? |
You've reserved your booth space, you've shipped your materials,
now all you have to do is show up. Right? Not quite. PLASTIMAGEN
México 2008 is conducting an extensive attendance promotion
program to bring qualified industry buyers to the exposition,
but it will be your responsibility to get them to your booth.
This can only be accomplished through an effective program
of pre-show promotion to your target audience.
Good pre-show promotions typically include an integrated program
of direct mail, advertising, telemarketing, and public relations.
Remember, your exhibit-marketing program must begin long before
the first attendee enters the exposition, because 76% of trade
show attendees leave home already having decided which booths
they want to visit. Make sure you are on their “must
visit” list…start planning today! |

May our company identification sign hang from the ceiling? |

No hanging signs will be permitted . |

| 14.
Can I hang my own signs in the booth? |
Exhibitors may hang their own corporate logo, small pictures
and graphics when such items are designed to be attached by
pre-set Velcro strips, permanently mounted hooks or signs.

| 15.
Can I distribute souvenirs? |
Exhibitors
shall be permitted to distribute only products that demonstrate
the technical functions of their machinery or materials. However,
exhibitors may dispense promotional items such as sales literature,
buttons, stickers, lapel pins, pens, etc. But, only inside
their booth. |

| 16.
Will shuttle buses be available? |
Buses will be available between participating hotels and CENTRO
BANAMEX, only during show days. Please check the lobby of
your hotel for exact shuttle schedules. |

| 17.
Where can I make a restaurant reservation? |
www.servem.com.mx
SERVEM, the official contractor for hotels, interpreters,
plants and A. V. equipment, will be offering the complimentary
service of making restaurant reservations for exhibitors.
Just stop by the SERVEM service counter (located in the exhibitor
service desk area) and they will be glad to suggest a number
of good places. |

| 18.
What if I need to get into the hall prior to the opening hours?
|
Exhibitors will be allowed into the exhibition halls at 10:00
a.m., that is 3 hours prior to the show opening. If an exhibitor
needs to work at his/her booth prior to this time, please
contact Show Management in advance. |

| 19.
Does Show Management have insurance? |
While E.J.Krause makes every reasonable effort to prevent
losses by providing 24-hour general exposition security, exhibitors
are advised to carry insurance covering theft, public liability,
and property damage from the time your equipment leaves your
warehouse until it returns. Remember, PLASTIMAGEN México
2008 provides a certain measure of protection, such as perimeter
security. But only you and your staff are responsible for
your valuables. |
