Where can I get my exhibitor badges?
|
|
Each exhibitor must claim his/her badge at the Exhibitor Registration
Counter before proceeding to their booth. Please keep in mind
that there is a charge for replacement badges. The only person
who may add names for exhibitor badges is the contact person
on the form. |

| 2.
Should I request badges for my temporary workers? |
No. Anyone not working in your booth during the exhibition
hours, but is setting up or tearing down your booth, is considered
a temporary worker. For the security and safety of everyone,
please be sure that temporary workers use the Temporary Stickers
for move-in and move-out. In order to obtain Temporary Stickers
for your workers, simply present a list of those workers at
the entrance to Centro Banamex. You will be given color-coded
badges good for that day only. This process must be repeated
each subsequent day. |

| 3.
What happens if my truck shows up early or late? |
Trucks checking in early or late, not on their assigned target
date, will be held in the marshalling area until all trucks
targeted for that day are unloaded. All efforts will be made
to unload off-target shipments on straight time. |

| 4.
Does my booth include an electrical outlet?
|
If you contracted package “BASIC”, then it will
include one 1KW @ 110 V outlet for each 9 M². If you
contrated raw space it will be not included. |

| 5.
Can I use my own riggers / labor to install my machinery / exhibit?
|
Only
official contractor POLITRANS must do any work performed in
the building. |

| 6.
Can I have a rental booth designed that will meet my particular
needs? |
Absolutely. EXPRO's in-house design department will customize
an exhibit to meet your needs. Call (52) 55 2614 7158 and
ask for Mr. Fabian Delgado. |

| 7.
What happens if I want to rent a Modular Display Unit (Display
Express), but my space is not 3 x 3, 3 x 6 or 6 x 6? |
Call the official Exhibit Services supplier EXPRO in Mexico
at (52) 55 2614 7158 and contact Angélica Sánchez
for arrangements. |

| 8.
If I rent a display from the official contractor EXPRO, do I
need to order labor to set up and tear down? |
No. Each package includes labor to set up your exhibit before
you arrive and dismantling after you leave. |

| 9.
What happens to my rental exhibit graphics after the show is
over? |
Unless prior arrangements are made, the graphics will be removed
from the panels and discarded. |

| 10.
Will my rental carpet be installed before my machines arrive?
|
Every attempt, if so advised, will be made to lay carpets
ordered before deadline date. |
